Lucy's Introduction video - a new look

For those not familiar with her, Lucy is 20 (19 in chapter 1), Half-Thai, half-made up European future country in Diminishment!

There will be another mini-loop with her, before I start making her friend, Jane, who was chosen in poll to be a white goth girl.

As stated in the previous announcement, the mini-loop is going to feature Lucy getting off on a broom/table corner, pipe, or something similar, with a tiny stuck under her. It'll be 3rd person. This should be coming out around the end of the month/or hopefully within a couple weeks at least.

Her current voice, and the one for the upcoming mini-loop is Anya's voice, slightly pitch tuned. She'll have her own voice, acted out by ZD for the Diminishment part. I'm still a bit undecided whether I'll include voiced dialogue in the game. It could be doable if it's just the dialogue, and the narration remains silent.

There's some minor things I'm not happy with, but hopefully none of them are too noticeable!

While I got some down time while waiting for the renders, I really need a proper stress free couple of weeks off, where I have nothing looming over my head, so I'll be on break for a few weeks, and will be returning to work around mid-august.

Recommended VR players: SkyboxVR or DeoVR

There's a slight bulging happening on the phone, that I haven't been able to fix. I assume it's something to do with the renderer I use, and a slight mismatch between it and how these players handle the lens type. Zooming in with a video player can mitigate it a bit, something around a 1.3x-1.5x zoom. But it's not too distracting in my opinion, even with the slight bulging.

VR Release of this is estimated roughly within a couple weeks. The upcoming anal vore animation is still being animated, but these mini-loops have of course slowed it down a bit. I estimate to have the animations for it done during February, so release is probably some time in March, but as always, I can't make promises for anything that far away.

As some might be aware, I've decided to start making short monthly "mini-loops", as I feel I need to have some more regular content on the side, while I work on the more meaty projects. The first one in the above clip features Clara, as will the January clip, mainly due to time constraints. There's been some questions about the Clara AV Mini-animation, but it'll still be some time, and I'm not comfortable giving a set release date until I'm sure it'll come out within a month. If I needed to guess, I'd say maybe early February, or end of January for the non-VR version.

Almost done with the first ending. Just some re-renders (and post processing) left, and I'll likely do one more pass at the audio, trying to balance volume better across the video

There's always a minor chance something goes wrong, but I'd say it's quite unlikely at this point!

Trailer Music from FreePD (Managing Mischief, Attic Secrets) Refraining from naming artists, they're public domain, and considering the content, they might not want the attention.

Final release probably won't have music, except for the intro, where I'll use either the one in the trailer, or something similar, since it sets the mood nicely.

Devil's Cookie sneak peek

I posted a small sneak peek from the upcoming animation "Devil's Cookie", which was formerly known as "Succubus animation" (project name).

The video will be released in 3 parts.

Release Estimates: 15.5.-30.6. Oral ending (roughly 8 min) 22.5.-30.6. Insertion ending (around 9½ min) 15.6.-31.7. Dick ending (BJ) (a bit over 14 min)

The rendering times are honestly much higher than I anticipated them to be when I started doing render prep, despite having bought two 4090s to help render it. Which is why there's such a large time range with the releases.

So still some wait remaining, but not too long now!

I'm nearing the point where I can start pushing out some final renders for the animation. Hopefully during next week.

Rendering will take around 2 months, but even 3 months isn't impossible! Things can always go wrong. But unless things go very wrong, I have a hard time seeing it not release during the first half of 2023.

In the meantime, here's some still renders from the video! Note that while these are likely very close to the final look, some things can still change. 

Succubus animation, there is no release estimate for Final yet

I've noticed some people claiming there's a release coming in August. I'm not sure where these people have gotten this info, but it is false. The final release for the Succubus animation is still months away. I won't give an estimate on the Final release, until I'm reasonably certain, that I can deliver in that time frame, nor have I done so at any point during this project. This is due to the heavily missed estimates during Dimini Part 2

What is estimated for end of August, are the playblasts (WIP previews) for Ending 2 & 3. Ending 1 playblast was released a bit over a week ago. So story wise the clip is almost finished, but there's still a lot of work to be done before final release.

Things left to do, and rough estimates for steps:

• Endings 2 & 3 (Roughly 1 Playblast's worth of work) (Estimate August/Early September) Done
• Lipsync (Estimate Early/Mid October)
• Some missing secondary animations (tits, tail and other things that mostly just "follow" along) (Estimate Early/Mid October)
• Some animation polishing, possibly some re-timing of some shots (Estimate Early/Mid October)
• Some minor animation polishing left
• Simulations (At least hair, possibly some liquids, will need to experiment if I can get considerably better results with it, compared to what I can do manually) (Probably roughly a month's work? Depends on the quality I'm aiming for)
• Master's Clothes for the intro parts (This and the remaining steps will likely take anywhere from 1-2 months, and while unlikely 3 isn't impossible either. Again depends on how much work I want to put quality wise)
• Lighting
• Material Tuning 
• Rendering (Around 1-2 months for this and the remaining steps)
• Post processing
• Some potential final audio tweaking 

So, while I'm nearing the ending stretch of the project, a lot of those remaining things can take a lot of time to do. I'm fairly confident the animation will come out during the 1st quarter of 2023, but as always, I won't make any guarantees, until I'm close enough to release, that I'm essentially certain there wont' be any bigger delays at least.

Basically, there's still a few minutes left to animate in total + lipsync and polishing. Then there's simulations for clothes/hair/liquid/particle effects and so on, where needed. Followed of course by lighting, rendering and post work, and probably some final touches to Audio, although most of the latter is already done.

I'm relatively optimistic, that it'll be out some time around Summer, but I can't make promises, since there's really no way to tell what will happen in the future, be it unforeseen issues with the work itself, illness, or the current unstable situation in the world, especially since I live in a country neighboring the main cause of said issues.

(Last update 3rd of August):

• Animating (Roughly 14 minutes done, Ending 1 Done. Usually roughly 1 minute of new footage added around once a month or so.
• Audio work (Doing it in segments, after each playblast this time, due to voiced dialogue, audio version usually released a week or two after a playblast)
• Release estimate: I won't give one until I'm confident I can release it at least within a month. Still months to go.

This consists of the footage from the first two playblasts (mainly intro stuff), so the latest one is still behind the paywall.

I don't usually like releasing WIP content publicly, but since the final release is going to be months away, I figured this would be a good compromise, instead of spending time doing separate preview renders of characters and what not, that don't help move the project forward in anyway. Of course I'll post those as well, once I get to the test render phase. But that's still quite a while away.
