Hey,
I figured I could post this here as well:
- This only includes the Main Menu and Player setup, trying to go further will cause the game to hang in a loading screen, so that's normal.
- This also has the full res and less compressed video, so you can see how well the "best" version of the game runs for you.
- You should see a video playing in the background of the Main Menu, if nothing is playing, something is wrong! It can some times take a couple seconds for the video to appear, depending on your PC, though.
Make sure to try the different run option found in the game's folder if the video is running slow or not showing up. Vulkan will run better on some PCs than others, while DX11 runs better on others, etc.
This is built with Unity 2020. Since some people had issues when I tried to update to 2019, you can check in advance to see if the next update works for you, and if not, possibly fix the issue. Please read the attached read me file first to see if any of those solutions work for you, before asking for help!
Let me know in the comments if you have any issues, especially if the previous version worked fine for you.

ReplyDeleteWorks perfectly fine for me! Was already planning on actually pledging for this release, but seeing the super smooth and higher res of the main menu animation of this test compared to the free versions I've played before makes me even more excited for it!

Hey, this test doesn't have any content in it. It only has the main menu and player setup. This is just so people can test to see if the full resolution game would work for them.

DeleteWhile I won't give a release estimate. I will say that is an extremely pessimistic estimate. If it really ends up taking that long, I'll be extremely disappointed. But you are right that it won't come out next week.

ReplyDeleteIt's progressing. I'm still writing the dialogue and working in unity. Dialogue should be done in the next few days, but there's plenty of stuff left to do in unity. Once these stages are done, I'll release a WIP version, followed by the initial release to patrons after a couple weeks(portraits will be missing from this version), and then final(and public) release should follow roughly within a week.

No offense, the fact we try to estimate the release means we also really want it. DeleteTo be more specific, there's no vore/insertion while you're inside a girl, with another girl. But there's one short "bad ending", and some interaction with that girl, while inside the other.

Basically everything is all but ready for the WIP release, but for some reason or another, video loading is suddenly not working for a large portion of the scene. So I'm stuck attempting to find the reason for that.

ReplyDeleteJust wanted to clarify, that there is no scene in this part where Nina eats the player. Anya does eat the player. Next part is Nina focused though, assuming people don't vote for the side branches over it.
DeleteBy failing the quiz and then completing the main path through Anya normally. Note that choosing the bonus option in the quiz in 0300c at this time causes the wrong ending to play if you go through Anya. I've fixed it but haven't made a separate upload for it.

DeleteI'll likely release the re-cut within a few days after final release. But I'll see how I'm feeling at that time. If I'm feeling burned out, I might do it after my break (1 month). The recordings will likely come after the break, but I'll hold a poll for them, to gauge interest. To be honest, I really hate doing the recordings, so if there's not much interest for them I'll probably leave it to the community. The re-cut will be done however, regardless.

DeleteRecordings are what the name implies. Gameplay directly recorded from the game, with everything included: dialogue, minigames, music and so on. Re-cut is the game's videos cobbled together into a video without any gameplay elements.

ReplyDeleteThey will be released roughly at the same time. The one that is going to be released this week (I hope!), is the initial release, that's still missing some minor finishing touches, mainly the dialogue portraits.

DeleteIt's hard to name specific things I draw inspiration from. But I do watch quite a lot of anime in general, so I'm sure I'm taking quite a lot from there, whether it's intentional or not. Other than that, I'm a pretty big sci-fi/fantasy fan, be it Star Trek, Babylon 5, Lord of the rings, or something similar.
Other than Manga/Webtoons, and Donald Duck when I was younger, I don't really read comics that much. The superhero stuff I've never really gotten into. Although I have enjoyed some of the Batman movies.
Of course, a heavy influence in general, is the western animation industry. Since that is what you're shown at school, or expected to do when working at a studio, for the most part anyway. So obviously Pixar/Dreamworks etc. movies do influence me quite a bit, despite not really watching them that much in recent years. I think the last 3D animation movie I saw was Brave, so it's been a while.
Hope I don't sound arrogant or demanding (I love your work!), but have you ever considered doing a collaboration with someone in the "vore community"? There's some pretty unconventional characters out there that could be given life by your superb animation skills. One that comes to mind is the character Lynn, an original character by the artist Modeseven. (I wouldn't be surprised if their style is too bizarre for you. It is for many.) Just thought I'd throw that out there as an idea.

DeleteBut: All voice audio is done now, save for some loop specific stuff. Some foley audio is still missing. Once that is done, and I've stuck it all inside unity and tested it, I'll release the initial version for patrons/subscribers. So not too long to go for that.
There will be a video version of the current game part, similar to the previous part. After that there will be the VR version of Fun with teach, and then A very short one off loop to test out updated models, followed by a slightly larger animation containing oral vore, and futa.

DeleteThere's actually currently no plans to do gameplay recordings. The edited video version of the game clips will be released a few days after the Final release of this part.
